directionsblog_tracking un voting patterns on cybercrime_post

this is the first in a series of data briefs. it was largely data driven, showing alignment of countries with EU voting on UN cybercrime resolutions. the narrative followed regional patterns as well as trend analyses. the index underlying some of the larger visuals was developed by my co-author.
i used R for the data parsing and wrangling, before exporting to csv and visualizing in flourish to create various tile grid maps, a circular dendrogram, a sankey chart, and small multiple bar charts.
